Challenge

A specialty roastery sold out at its counter every week but had no way to serve the customers who kept asking for beans to be shipped to them.

Solution

We refreshed the packaging system, then designed and built an online shop with subscriptions, honest roast dates and a checkout that works on a phone held in one hand.

Result

Beans now ship across the island and to the mainland, and subscriptions give the roastery something it never had — predictable weekly volume.
